SINARI: A Unified Brand and New Organization

Cesson-Sévigné, October 16, 2024

SINARI, the European leader in Supply Chain digitalization, today announces the consolidation of all its historical subsidiaries under a single banner, SINARI, and the formation of a new integrated group-wide organization. These major changes primarily enhance the visibility of the SINARI brand in the market, pool expertise and skills, strengthen proximity to clients, consolidate innovation capabilities, and simplify access for all SINARI Group clients to its full range of solutions. This marks an important new step in the company’s commitment to supporting the transport and logistics sector in its digitalization, simplification, and decarbonization needs in both France and Europe.

A Strong Heritage

The SINARI Group brings together expertise from recognized and experienced companies, consolidating over 30 years of experience in serving road freight transport and logistics companies. Founded in 2019, the SINARI Group has operated through its subsidiaries, some of which have been around since 1977: OMP, Eliot, GPI, Stock-it, IT 2000, TAS-tms, Cofisoft, CJM, Xyric, ITEM, Icare, AxioRoute, Negsys, and A Plus Informatique.
With the support of more than 300 committed, expert, and passionate employees, the SINARI Group equips nearly 4,500 clients in the French and Benelux markets with digital solutions that cover all sector needs.

Today, the Group is proud to write a new chapter in the company’s history by adopting SINARI as its single brand, replacing the names of all its subsidiaries, and integrating all their teams into a unified organization. With these changes, the visibility of its brand is enhanced, the organization is streamlined, and interactions with its broad client base are facilitated.
By pooling functional expertise, the Group has more resources to accelerate the pace of its product innovations. The new SINARI Group R&D team now includes nearly 120 employees (more than 30% of the workforce) dedicated to the continuous improvement of the Group’s solutions and the development of new solutions, such as SINARI Network, launched this year as a new SaaS platform for services and data exchange.

A New Chapter

Furthermore, the new organization of Service and Support teams into client-segment-focused Business Units ensures strong proximity to clients and a perfect understanding of their specific challenges – one of the characteristics that has contributed to the Group’s success – while allowing clients’ needs to be met as broadly as possible through the full range of the Group’s solutions, covering the entire transport and logistics chain (TMS, WMS, FMS, Onboard Computing, Route Optimization, Social Management, etc.). Additionally, these developments align with the SINARI Group’s European expansion ambitions.

Sébastien Rufflé, CEO of the SINARI Group, explains: “With this major evolution, we are capitalizing on the best of our subsidiaries through the industry expertise of our 300 employees to propel us towards a more ambitious shared future. We are confident that this initiative will strengthen our position in the French and European markets, continue transforming the sector with our innovations, and create new opportunities for our clients, employees, and partners.”
